BETWEEN SHIFTS

Terms of service

Terms draft · Requires counsel review, operating entity details, and final subscription disclosures before paid subscription launch.

Eligibility

Between Shifts is exclusively for adults 18 and older with an eligible, verifiable healthcare affiliation. Provide truthful information, use your own identity, and do not misrepresent relationship status or another person’s consent.

Your community

Follow the Community Guidelines. Harassment, discrimination, impersonation, stalking, scams, nonconsensual sexual content, and patient information are prohibited. You authorize automated safety and privacy screening of any profile photo you upload before it can be shown. Accounts may be restricted following review; you may contact support about a decision.

Service availability

Each city has its own launch state. Creating an account does not promise admission, a match, or a relationship. Founding benefits require the published verification and activation conditions.

Subscriptions

Free features include mutual matching, messaging, verification, and essential safety. Optional Premium renews monthly, every 3 months, or every 6 months at the displayed price until canceled. Checkout states the total and renewal terms. The first 2,500 fully verified Philadelphia members receive six complimentary Premium months and may enroll before that benefit ends in a $12.99 monthly founder continuation plan. The founder price lasts only while the same subscription remains continuous; cancellation or an unresolved failed payment after the 7-day grace period forfeits it. Manage billing through the secure customer portal.

Safety and responsibility

Verification does not constitute a background check or a guarantee of conduct. You choose whom to meet and what to share. SafeDate is a planning aid, not an emergency response service.

Open legal items

The operating entity, address, jurisdiction, dispute-resolution approach, refund policy, statutory cancellation rights, biometric consent, and final retention schedule must be reviewed and completed before a public commercial launch.
