Who can join?

Adults 18 and older who work in healthcare or study in an eligible healthcare program can start a profile. The community includes nurses, physicians, residents, therapists, pharmacists, paramedics, healthcare support staff and students. Both identity and healthcare eligibility must be verified before dating Discovery opens; a job title alone is not verification.

Dating around twelve-hour shifts, nights and call

A promising conversation needs time to become a real date. ShiftSync lets you share free-time windows and find mutual availability without publishing your full work schedule. Choose time you can enjoy, allow for recovery after nights, and offer another window when a shift changes.

Keep your workplace out of your dating profile

Your employer and verification documents are not public profile information. Workplace privacy controls help you separate professional life from dating. Share your interests and off-duty personality; leave patient information, badge numbers and clinical rosters out of photos and messages. You can block or report someone, and pause or delete your account.

Healthcare dating across the US

Choose a participating US metro and create your free profile. Complete your photo, identity and healthcare checks, then opt into Early Discovery when eligible. Communities are growing across the country, so suitable profiles may be few or unavailable. Nearby South Jersey belongs to Philadelphia; nearby North Jersey belongs to New York. Local introductions respect both people’s distance preferences, including the connected Sacramento and Bay Area region. What is available while the community grows?

You can register, build your private profile and complete verification now. Eligible members can choose Early Discovery without waiting for a minimum pool size. Joining does not mean an immediate supply of matches. Your member dashboard shows your next steps and community progress.

Registration is free and requires no credit card. Review the pricing page for current free features, optional Premium benefits and founding-member eligibility. Paid membership does not bypass verification or make a local dating pool ready sooner.

Start with the right expectations

For eligible adults in healthcare. This is not a directory for patients or the public to find healthcare workers. Free registration is available in participating US communities, from Philadelphia and New York to Chicago, Houston, Miami and Los Angeles. Complete your profile and verification, then choose voluntary Early Discovery. Introductions depend on both people’s preferences; local pools may be small or empty.
