Your workplace stays yours
Your employer and facility are hidden. The free Workplace Firewall can exclude a shared system, facility, or department in both directions, based on the affiliation records members supply. It cannot promise complete anonymity or prevent someone from recognizing you.
A match before a message
Only mutual matches can chat. Block, report, or unmatch at any time. Reports remain available after an unmatch. Staff can review the content you report through a restricted, audited safety queue; there is no admin inbox for browsing everyone’s conversations.
Keep the details private
Use a first name, a general area, and free-time windows. Avoid including a badge, license number, patient material, address, or work roster in your photos or bio. Profile photos and member routes require authentication and are excluded from search indexing.
Make a safer plan
Meet in a public place, arrange your own transport, and tell a trusted person where you’re going. SafeDate creates a plan you can choose to share from your device. It does not provide emergency monitoring. In immediate danger in the U.S., call 911.
Verification has limits
Identity and healthcare checks are not criminal background checks and cannot guarantee someone’s intentions. Never send money to a match or share financial account credentials.
Discreet by default
You can choose neutral notifications, hide distance, pause discovery, and control marketing. No profile is automatically shared with your employer, school, or NursingNotes.
