Meet the person.
Find the moment.
Healthcare is a starting point. Your preferences, values, lifestyle, and free time help us make a better introduction.
1. Build trust first
Create a private account, a profile, and your preferences. Then complete separate identity and healthcare checks.
2. Get ready for introductions
After the required checks and profile setup, eligible members can choose to show their profile in Discovery. Nationwide is recommended while our community grows, with nearby introductions first. Your saved choice and both people’s preferences apply. Visit regularly to keep your participation current; an optional reminder can help.
3. Move it forward
A mutual like opens free messaging. Start with a conversation opener or Conversation starter, then privately choose Ready to Meet when the conversation feels right.
Share a profession.
Keep your own space.
Someone who understands your shift doesn’t have to share your break room. Workplace Firewall lets you exclude people with a shared department, facility or health system—so you can look for connection with boundaries that feel right to you.
It starts off. You choose which filters to turn on, and exclusions work in both directions. Your employer and verification documents stay off your dating profile, with or without Premium.

That’s a good start.
Choose free-time windows for the next two weeks. After you match and both tap Ready to Meet, we show the overlap. Your full calendar, employer, and location during work stay private.
After a date, say privately whether you’d like another. Only a mutual yes is shared.
