BETWEEN SHIFTS

Dating for dentists, with room for life outside practice.

Connect with healthcare peers who understand focused clinical days, practice demands and the value of real time off.

Protect a real finish time

A full clinic list, paperwork or practice tasks can run into the evening. Leave a buffer before a first date. Choose a plan that still feels easy if your last appointment ends late, and let your date know promptly if you need to move it.

Keep practice details off your profile

An off-duty portrait says more about you than a photo in front of your practice. Check for clinic logos, patient details, location clues and badges. Share a general area first, then choose a public meeting place together.

Talk about the life you want to share

Describe what makes a good day off, your interests and the kind of connection you want. Owning a practice, working as an associate or training can shape your week, but none of those paths defines your relationship goals.

Is this only for dentists?

No. Eligible dentists can meet healthcare peers across roles. Dental hygienists, dental assistants and approved adult healthcare students can explore the eligibility guidance, too. Each person must complete the applicable identity and healthcare checks.

Start with the right expectations

For eligible adults in healthcare. This is not a directory for patients or the public to find healthcare workers. Free registration is available in participating US communities, from Philadelphia and New York to Chicago, Houston, Miami and Los Angeles. Complete your profile and verification, then choose voluntary Early Discovery. Introductions depend on both people’s preferences; local pools may be small or empty.
