Who can join?
Adults 18+ who work in healthcare, including clinical, allied health, support and administrative roles, plus eligible healthcare students. All genders and orientations are welcome; matching respects both people’s preferences.
Where is registration open?
Greater Philadelphia/South Jersey, New York City/North Jersey, Baltimore, Sacramento, San Francisco Bay Area, Chicago, Houston, Atlanta, Miami, Los Angeles, Boston, Washington DC, Dallas-Fort Worth and Phoenix. Choose where you live or regularly work. Sacramento and the Bay Area share a regional dating pool, respecting both people’s distance preferences. New Jersey is included through its neighboring metro communities. Members can also opt in to long-distance introductions across open markets when both profiles have Discovery access.
Is it free, and how does Founding Premium work?
Registration, verification and core dating features are free. Optional Premium adds extra features. Eligible founding benefits are shown for your market during signup; beta access is extra complimentary time. An unstarted founding benefit begins at formal market launch or later eligible personal activation. Already active benefits keep their dates.
When can I start meeting people?
Complete your required profile, approved solo main photo and both verification checks, then choose Join Early Discovery. You’re joining our founding community. Your local pool is still growing. Results may be sparse or empty; distance and other preferences are never widened without your choice.
What stays private from coworkers?
Your verification documents, employer and facility are not displayed on your dating profile. Optional Premium Workplace Firewall filters can reduce workplace overlap, but cannot guarantee a colleague will never recognize you. Blocking and reporting are available without upgrading.
What does verification check?
Identity and healthcare eligibility are checked separately before Discovery. Verification is not a criminal background check or a guarantee of someone’s behavior. Use the safety tools and your own judgment when meeting anyone.
Do I need to share my work schedule?
No. ShiftSync uses only the free-time windows you choose. After you both select Ready to Meet, a match can see overlapping date windows—not your full calendar or where you work.
How do referrals work?
Use your personal link in Invite Friends. Qualifying friends must complete their profile and required verification; a signup alone does not earn a reward. Your account shows the current offer, deadlines, progress and full terms. Your dating activity is not shared with invitees.
Can you help with profile photos?
Eligible Premium members can book Profile Refresh Days where available, with a guided session and one finished portrait included. A deposit and cancellation terms apply; additional images are optional. Your gallery is private, and marketing permission is separate.
