Your choice
Adults with a Between Shifts account may separately opt in to automated non-marketing account setup notifications with a requested setup link and reminders about incomplete setup. Consent is optional and is not a condition of joining, using free features or buying anything. Leaving the phone field blank or declining texts does not block setup. US mobile numbers only. Providing a number does not verify ownership or replace identity or healthcare verification.
Program purpose
These optional account notifications concern only your saved setup link and incomplete profile or required-check steps. They do not include promotional offers, login codes, security alerts, billing alerts, matches or private messages. Account registration and login do not enroll you. A separate unchecked choice is required. Older consent is not automatically changed; any renewed choice keeps the original message limit and seven-day window.
Frequency and timing
Up to four setup texts over seven days, including your requested confirmation. Automatic reminders and admin-selected setup broadcasts share that limit and the same original window. Reminders stop when required setup is complete, you opt out, your account becomes ineligible or the window ends. They may pause during review or after progress. Extra photos are optional. Reminders normally arrive between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. in your known time zone; unknown time zones pause reminders. Requested confirmations and keyword replies may arrive immediately.
Rates and delivery
Message and data rates may apply. Delivery is not guaranteed and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile service, carrier filtering and account eligibility may affect delivery. Completing setup does not guarantee immediate access to Discovery.
STOP, START and HELP
Reply STOP to stop texts. No further setup reminders will be sent after you opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email support@justbetweenshifts.com or visit justbetweenshifts.com/contact. Text replies are automated and are not monitored by staff. Never text an ID, badge, patient information or other documents. START removes a carrier-level text block; it does not create consent or restart a program. Sign in to Settings to request any remaining reminders within your original seven-day window. You can also stop texts in Settings.
Your privacy
Your mobile number is private and is not displayed to other members or used in advertising audiences. We share information needed to operate the text program with our configured messaging provider and carriers. HighLevel/LeadConnector processes phone numbers and reminder messages to deliver this program. SMS opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their unrelated marketing. Texts can appear on your lock screen. We retain limited consent and delivery records for operating the program, troubleshooting and documenting your choices. Account deletion removes your stored phone, consent and message records; a non-reversible keyed number hash may remain to prevent unwanted contact, along with anonymous completion totals.
